The South Dakota Emergency Management Association’s Annual Conference is being held September 12-15, 2022 at the Crossroads Huron Event Center in Huron, SD.

  • Sept 12 & 13 Pre-Conference Training
  • Sept 14, & 15 Conference Sessions, Vendor Area is available. 

SPONSORS: 

The SDEMA conference would not be possible without the help of our business sponsors to offset the cost of putting on a professional conference. We have several different levels of sponsoring available.

BREAK SPONSOR*: $400 (7 available), A light snack is offered in the morning and afternoon breaks. With your break sponsorship, your organization name will be notated in the conference agenda, verbally recognized at the start of the break and by a sign with your logo at the refreshment table. *Included with your sponsorship is a spot in the vendor area for no extra cost. Please indicate if you will be coming as a vendor.

LUNCH SPONSOR *: $1300 (2 available) With your lunch sponsorship, your organization name will be notated in the conference agenda, verbally recognized at the start of the break and by a sign with your logo during lunch. Opportunity to also present to the group a short 15-20 presentation the last half of the lunch hour. *Included with your sponsorship is a spot in the vendor area for no extra cost. Please indicate if you will be attending as a vendor.

MIXER SPONSOR*: $1000 (1 available), On Tuesday, following the pre-conference sessions, there is an opportunity to sponsor a mixer beginning at 5:15pm (or later if desired). This option gives you direct access to conference attendees. Powerpoint is available during the hour if desired. With your Mixer sponsorship, your name will be notated in the conference agenda and by a sign with your logo at the mixer. *Included with your sponsorship is a spot in the vendor area for no extra cost.
    BANQUET SOCIAL HOUR SPONSOR : $800 (1 available), On Wednesday evening, September 14, prior to the Awards Banquet we offer a social hour that typically includes 2 drink tickets for each banquet attendee. With your 

    hour sponsorship, your name/logo will be notated in the conference agenda, recognized verbally at the banquet and by a sign with your logo at the beverage station. *Included with your sponsorship is a spot in the vendor area for no extra cost.

    BANQUET SPONSOR *: $2800 (1 available), On Wednesday evening following the social hour, a dinner is provided to attendees at the awards banquet. As a banquet sponsor, your organization will be notated in the conference agenda, recognized in the banquet program with your logo and verbally at the banquet. *Often times we have more than one vendor who sponsors the banquet. If your sponsorship is at least $400 you will have a spot in the vendor area for no extra cost.

    VENDOR:

    TRADE SHOW IS OPEN WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 148am-5pm - THURSDAY, SEPT. 15, 8am-4pm

    The Conference officially begins at 9am on Wednesday. You can set up the afternoon/evening of Sept. 13th or on Wednesday morning the 14th.

    VENDOR FEE: $100, includes one 8 ft table (or space for a table) with a tablecloth and two chairs. Additional space is available for $50. DAYS: You can choose to be present for one or both days, however the fee is the same. Please indicate on your registration form which days you will be present.
